Global Client Support Director


Mapon develops easily usable and efficient GPS tracking and car park management solutions suitable for large companies and private persons. The company is among the market leaders and currently tracks more than 250 000 moving objects worldwide, which have already covered in total more than 40 billion kilometers.

The Global Client Support Director in Mapon will be responsible for ensuring that the company delivers high-quality support to its clients worldwide, leading to increased customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall business success. This role oversees a team of over 20 members, including subteams responsible for client communication (both written and verbal), warehouse operations, and vehicle device installations.

Your tasks will be:

  • Develop and implement a global client support strategy that aligns with Mapon’s business goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve support processes and enhance client experience, ensure that client interactions are handled professionally and efficiently
  • Implement technology and tools to streamline support operations
  • Monitor customer feedback, resolve escalated issues, and continuously improve support practices based on client insights
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the global client support function
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze support metrics, and implement changes based on data insights
  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, and proactively implement improvements.

    We expect from you:

    • Previous experience in Customer support, Sales support, Service management, or a similar role
    • Proven track record in a leadership role, preferably with global or regional responsibility
    • Deep understanding of customer service principles and practices, commitment to delivering exceptional service
    • Knowledge of CRM and customer service software, ability to leverage technology to enhance support operations
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Excellent English language skills
