Customer Service Training and Learning Lead

Printful keeps expanding, so we’re looking for a skilled Customer Service Training and Learning Lead to join our talented Customer Support Team. As of now, our team consists of 250+ experts that help our customers set up their stores, use our tools, manage their orders, and more. You will help our team improve their skills and excel in what they do.

Your daily tasks will entail:

  • designing new goals and implementing new approaches in the team’s training processes globally
  • taking full responsibility for new team member onboarding and training
  • improving the team’s knowledge evaluation process
  • managing knowledge transfer, resources, and tools, as well as implementing up-to-date learning materials for global use
  • building and leading your team, and ensuring their skills and knowledge are improved continuously
  • leading training and knowledge improvement projects 

Below is a list of formal requirements, but what matters the most is that you’re committed to enabling your team’s success, celebrating their achievements, and implementing contemporary approaches in the training process. Since we’re an international team, you’ll also need excellent English skills. 

What we expect from you:

  • experience working as a Customer Support Trainer
  • outstanding training, communication, and leadership skills
  • background in project management 
  • sensitivity to cultural differences 
  • solution-oriented thinking

Experience with international markets will be considered a plus.
