As a constantly growing company, we are continuing to conquer the global market and are looking for a motivated addition to our team – a Junior IT Project Manager. You will work alongside an experienced product team on the development and improvement of Mapon services, including customer onboarding, self-service features, communication and alerts, online map development (the most frequently used part of our solution), and various core processes that ensure more efficient work for fleet managers.

Your key mission:

• Learn to become the General Manager for one of our Products and immerse in real business cases from day one
• You will be working on product vision, strategy, and development plan 
• You will learn and develop the ways to identify new product opportunities and improvements
• Be able to specify our top-notch product descriptions and specifications
• Support the product development process from concept to delivery, ensuring timely progress
• You will be in environment that is on top of industry trends and emerging technologies

We expect from you:

• You like to take ownership and make decisions.
• Are analytical, good at crunching data and numbers, at the same time communicate those to others.
• Your education background is in one of following areas - computer science, engineering, business, logistics or related to those. You might be finalizing studies.
• Within company we work with Latvian and international markets, hence Latvian and English languages need to be on fluent level to be able to perform your role.
• Are eager to be mentored by experts within your direct role and all closely related functions to fully flourish.
