We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who will support the sales team by streamlining sales processes, managing sales data, and ensuring the effective use of sales tools.

Your tasks will be:

• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement efficient sales processes and workflows
• Maintain and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Develop and maintain sales documentation, including process guides and training materials
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement cold outreach strategies, then track and analyze the results
• Train and provide ongoing support to sales team members on CRM usage, assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members
• Collaborate with other departments, like marketing and client support, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales tools and technologies, recommending upgrades or changes as needed

We expect from you:

• Previous work experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role
• Good knowledge of CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or other sales tools; Previous experience in CRM software implementation will be an advantage
• Proficiency in English language
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
