Junior Project Manager

Our New Product Development (NPD) Team consists of creative and driven people who research, develop, test, and add new items to Printful’s product catalog. As of now, Printful offers 300+ premium products for customization: t-shirts, hoodies, leggings, mugs, posters, and more. 

If you enjoy the freedom to experiment and want to see your ideas turned into reality, Printful is the right place for you. We’re looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager who’s ready to participate in the team’s experimental projects and help us reach a common goal—drive growth and revenue.

Your daily tasks will entail:

  • planning and coordinating projects
  • creating project plans 
  • helping the team with various types of research and building business cases
  • organizing check-in meetings, participating in problem solving
  • cooperating with other Printful teams (Operations, IT, Marketing) to reach common goals
  • monitoring project progress and reporting results 

The job in our NPD Team is challenging but rewarding. You’ll get to experience the whole process, from implementing new products and features to seeing them in our customers’ online stores around the world. 

Below is a list of formal requirements, but what matters most is that you have outstanding communication, presentation, and time management skills. Since we’re an international team, our teammates also need excellent English skills

What we expect from you: 

  • experience in project management and ability to make informed decisions
  • knowledge of different project management tools (Basecamp, Jira, Asana, Teamgantt, etc.)
  • ability to adapt and work on various tasks as needed
  • a strong sense of responsibility
  • a customer-centric approach to offering solutions and achieving results
  • a can-do attitude and ability to work in a team
  • creative thinking
  • analytical skills

Knowledge of methodologies such as Kanban, Lean, and Six Sigma will be considered an advantage.
