Junior Project Manager (Operations Development & Partnerships)

Since opening in 2013, we've been trusted to print 25M+ items and grown into a team of 1,400+ employees worldwide. Printful is constantly growing, so we're looking for a talented Junior Project Manager to tackle upcoming projects in Operations Development & Partnerships. 

As a Junior Project Manager on our Operations Development team, you'll be focusing on strengthening relationships with our partners and making data-driven decisions for the entire company. 

Your duties:

  • coordinate supply chain management projects
  • conduct regular partner performance reviews 
  • research and analyze Operations Development projects and suggest improvements
  • approach and onboard new outsourcing partners and vendors
  • negotiate pricing, agreements, and carry out other partnerships-related tasks
  • work closely with IT, Production, Finance, Marketing, and other Printful teams

Our requirements:

  • excellent command of spoken and written English
  • experience in project management and the ability to make informed decisions
  • teamwork skills and a can-do attitude  
  • ability to focus on customer needs, offer solutions, and achieve results
  • understanding of different project management tools (Basecamp, Jira, Asana, Teamgantt, etc.) 
  • negotiations experience preferred
