HR Assistant

Since opening in 2013, we've been trusted to print 30M+ items and grown into a team of 1,600+ employees worldwide. Our team is constantly expanding, so we’re looking for a Human Resources Assistant to help coordinate HR projects and team member training in Latvia and North America. 

Your daily tasks will include:

  • supporting the Human Resources department in various day-to-day tasks
  • carrying out organizational tasks
  • providing administrative support to our HR department
  • assisting with team member training: enrolling teammates in courses, analyzing data and surveys, keeping statistics up-to-date, creating learning materials
  • assisting with company event management and internal communication 
  • creating and maintaining global procedures and guidelines
  • taking part in various exciting HR projects and initiatives

What we expect from you:

  • excellent English skills (both written and spoken) 
  • ability to adjust your working hours to collaborate with the US 
  • outstanding computer skills (ability to learn new programs quickly)
  • precision and high sense of responsibility
  • strong communication skills
  • outstanding time-management and organizational skills
  • ability to learn and work independently

  • monthly salary EUR 850–1000 gross depending on your experience, education, and skills
