Junior Banking Analyst

Since opening in 2013, we've been trusted to print 29M+ items and grown into a team of 1,600+ employees worldwide. Printful keeps growing, so we’re looking for a new addition to our team—a Junior Banking Analyst who's ready to face challenges in a dynamic environment.

Your daily tasks will entail:

  • assisting in cash management operations
  • processing payments from the ERP
  • preparing weekly cash balance reports
  • preparing and analyzing monthly payment reports
  • filling in forms, applications, and surveys (e.g., KYC and credit applications)
  • submitting payment approvals
  • reconciling bank and payment processor commissions
  • preparing daily cash flow forecasts
  • communicating with banks in all Printful locations (US, Canada, Latvia, Mexico, Spain)

The job is both challenging and exciting. As a Junior Banking Analyst at Printful, you’ll get to work with people all over the world, learn from industry experts, and gain valuable international banking experience.

What we expect from you:

  • experience in finances (banking or accounting)
  • excellent communication skills
  • great English skills
  • expert knowledge of Excel
  • proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics Axapta or Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be considered an advantage)
  • ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • associate degree in business, finance, or a related discipline preferred

We’re looking for a Junior Banking Analyst with a knack for problem-solving and a strong sense of responsibility. Since the job entails intercontinental communication, you’ll have to be flexible and adjust your working hours as necessary.
