Community Manager

Printful is one of the biggest Latvian brands in the USA. We offer a full range of services—printing, warehousing and fulfillment, design, photography, video—for people who want to run an ecommerce business without having to worry about production and order fulfillment.

Printful's looking for a teammate who loves a good debate and knows how to tell a story. Sound like you? Put your skills to the test and become one of our Community Managers.   

Your responsibilities:

  • answer questions in our Printful Insiders Facebook group, begin and moderate discussions; 
  • answer Printful-related questions (e.g. about print-on-demand, drop shipping, ecommerce) in other Facebook groups and on Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, Quora, etc. 
  • represent Printful on our partners' platforms (Etsy, Shopify, Weebly, etc.) 
  • take part creating content for Printful social media;
  • answer customer questions during Printful webinars;
  • follow industry news. 

Our requirements:

  • excellent spoken and written English;
  • a way with words;
  • good argumentation skills and critical thinking;
  • interest in marketing and social media;
  • great teamwork and communication skills;
  • determination and readiness to learn.

We offer:

  • full-time remote work from Sunday - Thursday 11:00-19:30;
  • monthly salary EUR 1200–1500 gross, depending on work experience, education, and other skills;
  • health insurance and full benefits;
