IT Project Manager

Printful is one of the biggest Latvian companies in the US—we're now a team of 1,600+ people working on both sides of the Atlantic. 

We're here to help small and medium-sized online store owners reach their business goals by providing them with a full range of services—from high quality printing, warehousing, and drop shipping to design, photography, video, marketing services, and customer support.

Since we're an IT company, we're tech-first. We wouldn't be able to grow so rapidly without our team of IT experts—that's why we're looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • carrying out Printful IT projects from A to Z
  • leading your own project team of developers, designers, and content marketers

Here's what we expect from you:

  • experience in IT project management
  • understanding of different business processes
  • experience using project management tools (Basecamp, Jira, Asana, Teamgantt, etc.)
  • ability to make informed, data-driven decisions
  • drive to solve problems based on customers' needs
  • basic knowledge of UI/UX
  • leadership skills
  • good command of written and spoken English
  • positive and energetic personality

Experience working as a developer will be considered an advantage.

  • monthly salary EUR 2,000–4,000 gross (depending on work experience, education, and skills)
