We are looking for a Junior Marketing Project Manager who will support the existing marketing team in developing and executing new and ongoing marketing projects. This role’s scope will include, but won’t be limited to owning social media management - content planning and curation - as well as assisting with the management of outsourced paid marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of all social media channels, including ideation, planning, and posting high-quality, engaging, and viral content
• Strategize and execute initiatives to grow social media presence through impactful communication and compelling content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to manage outsourced ad platforms, analyze performance metrics, prepare reports and assets for campaigns
• Proactively take part in other marketing initiatives that would  improve existing campaign performance or would open up new growth opportunities - new media channel testing, keeping up with market and competitor trends, researching growth opportunities and more.

What We Expect:

• At least 1- year experience in marketing related role
• Excellent English language skills
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms end-to-end
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret the data to make data-driven decisions
• A proactive approach to staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends
• Interest in the cosmetics industry
• An understanding of and interest in paid advertising platforms
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to identify areas for improvement
• Strong logical thinking, self-discipline, creativity and resourcefulness 
• A desire to learn and master new skills
• Proficiency in using  platforms such as Canva/Adobe etc., will be considered an advantage.

• Monthly salary EUR 1,500 –  2,200 gross, depending on work experience and skills
